Privacy Notice – “Contact Us” Form
Through this notice, Tech in Green S.r.l. (hereinafter, the “Controller”) informs you about the processing of your personal data provided by completing the “Contact Us” form available on the website www.techingreen.com.
1. Data Controller and Contact Details
The Data Controller is Tech in Green S.r.l., represented by its legal representative pro tempore, with registered office in Via A. Pepe, 8 – 64100 – Teramo (TE).

2. Data Processed
The Controller will process the following personal data (“Data”), collected through your completion of the “Contact Us” form:
- Personal details (name)
- Contact details (email address)
- Any additional personal data entered in the “Subject” or “Message” fields
3. Purpose and Legal Basis of Processing
Your Data will be processed for the following purposes and legal bases:
- Without your prior consent: for the performance of a contract or the implementation of pre-contractual measures requested by you, solely to enable the Controller to respond to your requests submitted via the contact form.
- With your prior consent: to send you newsletters and/or promotional communications. Consent may be withdrawn at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before withdrawal.
4. Methods of Processing
Your Data are processed in compliance with fundamental rights and freedoms, based on the principles of fairness, lawfulness, transparency, and confidentiality, including using electronic tools.
5. Nature of Data Provision
- Provision of your Data for the purpose in section 3.a is mandatory. Without it, the Controller cannot respond to your request.
- Provision of your Data for the purpose in section 3.b is optional. Without it, the Controller cannot send newsletters or promotional communications.
6. Data Disclosure and Communication
Without prejudice to disclosures required by law or contractual obligations to public authorities, your Data are processed by authorized internal staff instructed to ensure protection of your personal data.
The Controller may also use third parties for processing, including:
- Providers of web, cloud, or IT services for support and maintenance;
- Subsidiaries, parent companies, or entities within the same group for intra-group services;
- Software or software platform providers for support and maintenance;
- External consultants or professionals, such as legal advisors.
These third parties, where applicable, are designated “Data Processors” and are subject to periodic audits. An updated list is available at the Controller’s registered office.
7. Data Transfer Abroad
Your Data will not be transferred to non-EU countries.
8. Data Retention Period
Data collected for the purpose in section 3.a will be retained until the requested information has been provided, or for a maximum of 60 days from your last communication. Data collected for marketing purposes (section 3.b) will be retained for a maximum of 24 months or until consent is withdrawn, if earlier.
9. Data Subject Rights
Under Articles 15 et seq. of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, you may exercise the following rights:
- Access your Data;
- Request rectification or updating;
- Request erasure (Article 17 GDPR);
- Request restriction of processing (Article 18 GDPR);
- Request data portability (Article 20 GDPR);
- Object at any time to processing under Article 6(1)(e) or (f), including profiling;
- Object to direct marketing, including profiling related to it;
- Not to be subject to decisions based solely on automated processing, including profiling (Article 22 GDPR);
- Withdraw consent at any time; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of prior processing.

If you believe your Data are processed in breach of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, you may lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it) or seek judicial remedies.
10. Exercising Your Rights
You may exercise your rights at any time by sending:
